Joshua Brown - About Me
The world of 3D art is creative, exciting and ever growing. I have a passion for all aspects of 3D in computer games but environment art in particular inspires me.
My ambition is to become recognised in this competitive industry as a key member of a first class games development team, building entertainment that will be enjoyed by millions of people all over the world.
I am a published author of game designer book – How to Become a Game Designer which was released for the start of 2014. It sells globally through many distribution channels including the UK’s leading careers specialist How2become.com, Amazon.co.uk and Waterstone’s.
I am a university graduate having studied Computer Games Modelling and Animation in Derby, UK. Ever since I first started playing computer games I have always seen myself as being someone who would create them and since that day I have set my career path to achieve this.
I have been featured on the University of Derby's website: Josh Brown, Computer Games Modelling and Animation
In my spare time I currently I write regular articles for JobsinLancashire.com, How2become.com and BestTravelGuideTo.com reaching out to thousands of people around the world. I enjoy writing these articles as it helps me stay current and improve my writing ability, understanding of audience and interaction.
I enjoy photography – I take my camera everywhere, I love history, country walks, travelling, sport – I once designed created my own paintball course, animals and philosophy. Whilst at university I created my own blog on the latest game news and once received over 10,000 hits in a day.
